Warm-up and mobility
Rope, rotations, footwork. We prepare the ankles, hips and shoulders above all — the three areas that take the load in combat sports.

Expertise
Competition taught me one thing: technique always comes before intensity. A movement done badly and repeated a hundred times is a scheduled injury — in the ring as much as in the gym.
So I work in this order: guard and footing first, rhythm next, power last. That holds for the competitor preparing for a title as much as for the person who simply wants cardio that is not the gym.
What competition brings my clients is not the medals: it is the ability to read a body in motion and to correct it before something breaks.

How it runs
Rope, rotations, footwork. We prepare the ankles, hips and shoulders above all — the three areas that take the load in combat sports.
Guard, footing, combinations. Slow repetition first, correction, then speed only once the movement is clean.
Timed rounds with precise instructions. This is where the cardio gets built, without ever sacrificing the shape of the movement.
Core, neck and shoulder work, stretching. Then a debrief: what improved, what needs repeating before the next session.
Travel

FAQ
Location, rates, level required: what people ask most before a first session with Anas El Jazouli.
No. Most of my clients never step into a ring: they come for the cardio, the coordination and the confidence that technical mastery gives. We adapt the intensity, never the standard on how clean the movement is.
Only for people preparing for competition who ask for it. Standard work is done on pads and the bag: all of the physical output, none of the impact taken.
For the first sessions I lend the kit. If you carry on, your own gloves and wraps quickly become preferable for hygiene reasons — I will advise on the choice and size.
Yes, that is my focus: sport-specific conditioning, planning up to the date of the fight, weight management and mental preparation. Tell me your date and your category.
Entirely, and it is a growing share of my clients — often for self-defence and cardio. The technical progression is exactly the same.
Two sessions a week is the minimum for a movement to bed in. Below that, you spend every session correcting what was lost between appointments.
